RV PENTHOUSE
 
Refurbishment and interior design of a penthouse for a photographer, who lives alone at Rufaza district in Valencia.
 
The project deals of the conversion of a small penthouse from the caretaker of a stately building where is aim to make the most of the scarce m² of apartment, without giving up comfort, open and bright spaces, new areas of storage, private terrace and walls to display her own work.
 
The procedure is based in very simple and functional elements, materials and neutral finishes, recovering the original bricked wall in order to use it as a backdrop for photographs.
