ALCOY STUDIO
 
It deals about a tiny 30 m² studio located at a central area of Valencia. The property expects it to be rented for residential use or office in short term, that´s why we propose a multifunctional space with neutral elements to give it the capacity for both uses.
 
The previous distribution presents small and dark rooms because there is only a window. For this reason, we decide to create a unique space where to place storage, kitchen and bathroom along one of the sides, which can be hidden through a doors system. Three fake skylights arise to provide diffuse light and manage the amount of light required, according to how we use the space.
