VAREA HOUSE

Single-family house next to the golf course in the Urbanization Torre en Conill (Bétera). We design a house with Mediterranean mood that seeks to participate in the natural environment in which it is located.

Due to the morphology of the plot, elongated and narrow, we bring the house closer to the golf course to create a garden next to the access that allows the building to be moved away from the street and improve the views towards the pine forest.

The scheme of the house is developed from a series of stone walls arranged longitudinally as a podium, on which rests a white box that seeks to capture the best views of the natural environment. The masonry walls connect with the garden, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior, also protecting the views from the adjoining houses.

Mediterranean climate allows us to create nice outdoor areas with pergolas, which change throughout the day due to the incidence of the sun. The main terrace is focused on the golf course, reflecting the trees over the infinity pool, where the best views are framed.

The house has been designed under the highest quality and energy efficiency standards, focusing the attention to detail and using a palette of natural materials to achieve warm spaces where you can enjoy the landscape in the best conditions.
